Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and any optional company or telephone details you provide.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you and follow up on sales, support, demonstration and partnership requests. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Technical services

The website uses hosting and email services to process requests. These services may process technical records such as IP addresses and request times for operation and spam prevention.

Necessary enquiry preference

We use sessionStorage in your browser tab (sfems.enquiry-prompt.v1) to remember active browsing time and whether the enquiry invitation has already appeared. It stores only elapsed time and a used flag, not your name, email or message, and is separate from optional analytics. It prevents repeated invitations during the tab visit.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and website interactions so we can improve the site. The service may use cookies and process device, browser and usage information. You can decline analytics or change your choice on this page.

When enabled, newsletter subscriptions will be optional and include a way to unsubscribe. The inactive newsletter form does not collect email addresses.

Contact about your information

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact info@sfemstech.com. Requests are reviewed according to applicable requirements.
